Who will deliver my gift box?
We use Australia Post to deliver our gift boxes Australia wide.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 per gift box.
When are gift boxes able to be delivered?
Delivery will occur during business hours, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on weekends or public holidays.
I need my gift box super urgently! Can I have express shipping?
You sure can! Just select Express Shipping at Checkout and your gift box will be sent via Express Post.
How long will it take for my gift box to arrive?

Can I request a specific delivery date/time for my gift box to arrive?
Unfortunately we cannot request specific delivery dates or times.
Will I receive tracking details?
Tracking details will be sent to you via email once the gift box has been lodged at Australia Post. You will also receive an email once your gift box has been delivered. Note that these emails will come directly from Australia Post, and not cycle gift co.
What if no one is available to receive the gift box?
If there is no one available to accept delivery, the gift box will be left in a safe place. If there is no safe place to leave the gift box (ie for apartments), a card will be left and the gift box will need to be collected from the nearest Australia Post office location.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Yes we can deliver to PO boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer international shipping.
How will the gift box be packed?
All gift boxes are packed into a strong kraft mailer box with void filler. Our gift boxes are then tied with ribbon to keep them secure. All of our gift boxes are sent via Australia Post.
Please note, cycle gift co reserves the right to change any aspect of the packaging and presentation of the gift boxes from what is displayed on the website.
Can I include a message for the recipient?
Yes, you can include a message on one of our gift cards. Simply include your gift message when you view your cart. Your message will be handwritten on the gift card and placed inside the gift box.
I want to take my gift box to an event. Can I have the gift box delivered directly to me?
Yes, just include your own address at checkout.
What happens if the gift box arrives damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your gift box arrives damaged, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of the gift box with details of the damage. We will then work with you to find a resolution.
I don’t see exactly what I want, can I make a custom gift box?
Yes, we can do that! Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your custom box requirements.
